This survey focuses on establishing the uses, habits and experience in working with ICT for different types of users across Europe. We are trying to see if there are any patterns in the use of free and open-source software, and whether there are certification schemes for ICT skills.

The survey is part of a large project for transfer of innovation called INGOT - International Grades - Open Technologies, co-financed by the European Commission in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci sub-programme.
